Terms of service
Subscription use, licensing, and your responsibilities for HarmonyCode. The refund policy and end user license are included below.
Last updated: June 25, 2026
HarmonyCode is the single paid product offered through harmonycode.ai at launch. Access is subscription-based unless HarmonyCode separately provides written terms for another arrangement.
A valid subscription gives you access to HarmonyCode while the subscription remains active and your activation remains valid. Stripe handles subscription billing and subscription management.
Each HarmonyCode license allows one active activation unless HarmonyCode states otherwise in writing. Activating a different install may require deactivating the previous install first.
HarmonyCode requires online validation. After a successful online validation, HarmonyCode may allow a 72-hour validation grace period for the same active install. When validation fails, the subscription is canceled or past due, or the activation is no longer valid, paid functionality may lock.
You are responsible for the provider accounts, CLI tools, API keys, models, repositories, terminals, commands, and local tools that you connect to HarmonyCode. HarmonyCode does not guarantee that third-party AI providers, CLIs, APIs, or local tools will be available, compatible, accurate, or error-free.
You may not reverse engineer, bypass, tamper with, share, resell, automate abuse of, or otherwise misuse HarmonyCode licensing, activation, download, or entitlement systems.
You are responsible for reviewing code, commands, files, and changes produced with the help of HarmonyCode or third-party providers before using or shipping them.
HarmonyCode may update the app, licensing flow, security requirements, and infrastructure over time. Updates may be required for continued use.
Refund requests are handled under the Refund policy below. For support or billing questions, contact Harmony Code.
Refund policy
HarmonyCode uses Stripe for subscription billing. Stripe processes payment methods, invoices, subscription status, and related billing events.
During launch, refund requests are reviewed manually. To request a refund, contact Harmony Code billing with the email address used for checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
If you cannot access HarmonyCode because activation or licensing fails and support cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable time, HarmonyCode will review the request for a refund or billing adjustment.
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method handled by Stripe. Timing depends on Stripe, your card issuer, and your bank.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior paid periods. Contact Harmony Code billing if you need help with a recent charge.
End user license
HarmonyCode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the HarmonyCode app while your subscription is active and your activation is valid.
Unless HarmonyCode states otherwise in writing, one license is personal to one user and allows one active activation at a time.
You may not resell, share, rent, sublicense, publish, or transfer your license key, activation credential, account access, or entitlement.
You may not tamper with, bypass, disable, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with HarmonyCode licensing, activation, entitlement, validation, update, or download controls.
HarmonyCode depends on your local development tools, operating system, repositories, provider CLI tools, and external AI providers, which are separate from HarmonyCode and may change, fail, rate-limit, or require their own accounts and terms.
You are responsible for your projects, commands, files, provider credentials, and outputs generated through HarmonyCode or third-party providers.
